Tonight's headliners, The Far Cries, are a demented pop combo- sharply executed tunes with a wired attitude.
Main support comes from Nu-London noiseniks and XFM darlings Popular Workshop and proceedings are opened by OK Karaoke, a mix between Elvis Costello and The Strokes but with a northern tinge.
All monies from this gig will go to Get Connected, a free, confidential telephone and email helpline, that gives young people in difficult situations the support and information they need to decide what they want to happen next. It could be anything from a listening ear to somewhere safe to stay for the night.
