Silverlake are from London. Inspired by the likes of Neil Young, Paul Westerberg and Pete Yorn, they have fused the sounds of West Coast America with British Rock & Roll spirit, successfully creating one of the most exciting bands you will see this year.

Main support Northwood are a five piece who come via London and Copenhagen. They sound like a mellow but penetrating mix of Harvest, Elliot Smith and Air. Their songs are a window to beaches, hearts, longships, waterguns, icy lakes and ponyrides. Intimate and rolling songs with subtle, intense melodies and restrained edge that know when to hold back. They employ voice, guitar, Rhodes and Mellotron, bass and drums to evoke flavours of the west coast, Topanga Canyon, Oxford villages and Danish summerhouses. They suggest something classic but find a new way to get to your hips and heart.

And here's the scoop on the opening act:
Alexander's Festival Hall is a kind of arts centre of the mind, where squelchy disco, creaky jazz strategies and Dean Martin’s rider collide to make something really rather special.

“His music goes very well with a Tom Collins." [Spektacle.com]
