“Deliciously delirious… fierce and serene, fluent and fractured… this album is pretty damned exciting.”[Paul Morley, 5/5 OMM]

Acoustic Ladyland are one of London's most exciting acts. These young genre-benders engage in thrilling vocals, full throttle adrenalin-fuelled improvisation with rock attitude and big big songs. After their appearance on 'Later with Jools' they rose to cult status with their album 'Last Chance Disco'.

“One of London’s most consistently jaw-dropping live acts… they’re on blistering, beautiful form.” [Evening Standard]

Their latest, 'Skinny Grin' (V2), received rave reviews from across the board and features No Wave legend James Chance and mixing by Scott Walker. Tonight they'll be playing new music and smashing heads with their mad take on pop, punk and jazz.

Seb Rochford's Fulborn Teversham [main support tonight] describe their music as going from hard to soft, quiet to loud, happy to angry, punk to jazz to folk to electro, songs of love and no love, friends and non friends.

Our opening act, Luke Barlow Band, comprises Luke Barlow (piano), Alex Ward (clarinet and guitar), Santiago Horro (double bass) and Mark Holub (drums). "A hugely enjoyable record" said The Wire. "A rich post-modern stew, performed with humour and brio" said Jazzwise.
