Apartment are, in their own words, "a thumping 8-legged indie rock machine in full flight". And they might be onto something. After early support slots with The Killers, Jimmy Eat World and Editors, a couple of Fierce Panda singles and some memorable shows of their own, their long awaited debut album 'The Dreamer Evasive' – a collection of taut, anxious, exciting, hook filled pop songs - has recently arrived to much critical acclaim. "A very accomplished debut," said The Fly. We say 2007 is finally going to be their year.

The Matadors are a quartet from London via Dorset who create, according to the NME, "painfully catchy songs destined to get the indie kids dancing". Indeed, fans of Larrikin Love, The Strokes and Kings Of Leon will find plenty to love in their unique brand of charismatic, highly energetic, cowbell assisted, dancefloor filling indie-pop, something which has landed them gigs with The Young & Lost Club and support slots with The Wombats.

Opening the night will be Velofax, a band from Jersey, France and London who lay claim to fusing elements of post-punk with experimental krautrocking disco funk. This concoction has charmed many, including XFM's John Kennedy and Steve Lamacq, from whom they've received airplay, as well as the likes of Clor, Roland Shanks and New Young Pony Club, who have all personally handpicked the band to support them.
