Silver Sun released their critically acclaimed eponymous debut album in 1997, characterised by strong vocal harmonies and energetic choruses. This London quartet are fronted by the bespectacled James Broad, a man whose sometimes perverse lyrics are surrounded by sugar-coated melodies drenched in a heavy buzzsaw guitar attack and heavenly harmonies which fall somewhere between the Buzzcocks and Cheap Trick. The band reformed to produce a third album in 2004, and have just unleashed album number four, ‘Dad’s Weird Dream’ in late 2006.

The Duloks played their first gig just six months ago at a fancy dress 'Jocks and Nerds' themed party, their costumes stuck and the trio have been wearing shorts and knee socks ever since. With a repertoire of pure fun, their songs include gems such as 'Bad Vegetarian' and 'Help! I'm Turning Into Mick Jagger!', fired by sexy synths and blistering drum beats.

Wojtek Godzisz makes his long-awaited return to the world of music after a youth spent writing and playing in Symposium ['Best Live Band In The UK' - Melody Maker]. Still a phenomenal stage presence, Godzisz's solo material is at once triumph over adversity and tainted with a new worldly experience. His debut EP, ‘Burning Ideals’, is released on 12th March.
