The Luminaire presents
BIG STRIDES
+ Whiskycats
+ Voodoo Trombone Quartet

Doors 8.00
£5 advance via WeGotTickets

Big Strides "...certainly don't fit into any pre-imposed, industry pigeonhole, but it is for this very reason that you'll love them dearly and instantly clutch them close to your heart." said Logo. "Tirelessly inventive and utterly brilliant." said Making Music.
Whisky Cats: Difficult to categorize, but impossible to resist, Whisky Cats are a five piece Manchester-based band who fuse elements of Latin, disco, funk, folk and jazz. Phil Jupitus of 6 Music was moved to comment; "They completely blew me away." As were Rob Harris on Radio 2, Kevin Greening on Smooth FM and Phil O'Neil from Kerrang! Difficult to categorise, right enough.
Voodoo Trombone Quartet are a Drum and Brass fantasy brought to life as an 8-piece fez-wearing monster, throwing Jamaican-ska, jazz and lounge into the pot.
