Complete Control presents
THE BIKINI BEACH BAND
+ The Surgens
+ Wilson

Doors 7.30
£6 via WeGotTickets

Following their show stealing performances as this year's Bestival and Big Chill festivals it is a huge thrill to welcome The Bikini Beach Band and their Surf Noir magic as guests of honour for Complete Control's little Christmas bash. Their unique takes on 'Blue Monday', 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and tons of other classics will have you waxing down your boards and surfing home. December in Kilburn or not.

The Surgens are a wonderfully warped collision of the finest, worst and most cynical twisted music of the '40s, '50s and '60s, somehow hot welded together in Beefheart like arrangements to create a raucous retro tinged concoction of dirty old rock’n’roll, country, blues and surf that make them sound like they’ve “fallen straight out of a Tarentino movie” (Blues Matters Magazine).

We'll have details of another support soon and the good folk at Complete Control will be digging out the very best in party tunes with a dirty geetar feel and some classy soulful favourites for your further listening pleasure. There'll be mince pies and pressies too. So leave the ritual of photocopying your backside and snogging the geek from IT then having him stalk you the whole year to the rest of them and come and have a proper party.

Wilson are the latest evil experiment involving the evil genius Pat Fish aka The Jazz Butcher. With Wilson he leads us into the deep dark world of Dub. Must be seen and heard to be believed.
