My my. What a line-up and where to begin?

With Jon Hopkins we fancy.

Jon Hopkins writes and performs electronic music. He has been doing so for the last 7 years. He regularly records with Brian Eno and King Creosote, occasionally supports Imogen Heap, composes for HBO, and remixes for acts such Tunng, Chris Coco, and Leo Abrahams. His two studio albums have sold consistently all over the world, and his live show is very loud.

The Vagabonds Collective featuring Pictish Trail: Fence Records luminary Pictish Trail joins a mystery bunch of vagabonds for a one-off set to play weird and wonderful songs from the East Neuk of Fife.

Described as "John Martyn meets Nick Drake for the 21st century" [The Fly], Dan Arborise stands at the revered edge of the current folk revival. Performing evocative songs and multi-layered acoustic guitar instrumentals from his spellbinding, Jon Hopkins-produced debut album 'Around in Circles' (Just Music 2006), Dan's tender and haunting voice is the perfect match for his emotive and rhythmic guitar-picking. Expect unusual open tunings, songs that develop into tunes, and tunes that grow into songs, and a beautiful guitar sound that is transformed but never compromised by some amazing electronic guitar effects.
"Acoustic guitar hymns to truth and beauty....beguiling." [Uncut]
"Immaculate guitar...perceptive songs....luminescent production....a debut album that instantly allows Dan Arborise to pull up a chair alongside the likes of Jose Gonzalez and James Yorkston." [Word]

Candythief, veering from alterno folk to punk via stomping blues, their lush melodies have a psychadelic edge and an off-kilter charm.

Player Piano serve lovely Beatles and Bowie inspired, motown-inflected song-writing and are Analogue Catalogue's newest signing.

The Bicycle Thieves are a little folk, a little soul and have pop songs with poetry and a bit of magic.
