From the UK, and just back from playing Fuji Rock in Japan, with their first gig on home soil since storming last year's Big Chill, the gurgling synths, widescreen sonics and chunky beats of the highly-addictive, ultra-mischievous Transit Kings - featuring Dom Beken, Alex Paterson and Guy Pratt - celebrating the release of their new album 'Living In A Giant Candle Winking At God' released on Malicious Damage on August 21.
From Norway the sometimes mellow, sometimes frantic, jazzy phunkadelicised grooves of Necessary Intergalactic Cooperation [Nic for short], meet the dark urban riddims of USA dub warriors, noise sculptors and industrial roots rockers Teledubgnosis [think of what The Stooges might have sounded like had Lee Perry been at the mixing desk] both featuring legendary drummer Ted Parsons [Swans / Prong / Killing Joke / Godflesh]
And from darkest space we are proud to introduce Bella & Strelka, two very curious dogs who've just arrived back from their inter-planetary excursion with a weird and wonderful selection of magical sounds from their forthcoming album 'Tales From The Projector Room.
